Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company approved Bangkok Fuel Pipeline and Logistics Company Limited (BFPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company to sign the Agreement for the Grant of Right to Manage the Fuel Pipeline Systems (Bangkok - Bang Pa-in) dated December 30, 2021 with Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited (FPT) in the total amount of Bath 1,600 Million for 20 years starting from January 1, 2022 to December 21, 2041

This transaction is not a connected transaction and the transaction size does not require any disclosure under regulations on acquisition and disposition of assets of the listed companies.
