de C.V. and subsidiaries ("the Holding" or "the Company")
(BMV: COMPARC*) today announced that its main
subsidiary, Banco Compartamos, S.A. Institución de
Banca Múltiple ("Banco Compartamos" o "the Bank"),
received a higher rating for its local long-term debt
from Standard & Poors ("S&P"). S&P announced the
