Badger Capital Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.12 million in funding

Badger Capital Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,400,000 common shares at an issue price of CAD 0.05 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD 120,000 on February 9, 2023. All of the shares issued in the financing will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after closing.

The transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
