NOTIFICATION OF DELISTING - UPDATE

The Board of Directors (the "Directors" or the "Board") of ayondo Ltd. (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 20 September 2021 ("Previous Announcement") in relation to the notification of delisting from the Official List of the SGX-ST ("Delisting Notification"). Unless stated otherwise, all capitalised terms herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement.

The Company wishes to update that the Company has, on 8 October 2021 submitted an appeal to SGX-ST on the Delisting Notification ("Appeal"). In addition, the Board wishes to inform the shareholders that:

1. the Company has not received any proposal or exit offer from any shareholder; and
2. the Company currently does not have the cash resources to consider making an exit offer to its shareholders.

The Company will make the necessary announcement as and when there are further developments relating to the Appeal and Delisting Notification.
