AUXILIO, Inc. (AUXO.OB), the pioneer in Managed Print Services (MPS) for the health care industry, announced a five year, $5 million agreement with Memorial Health System (MHS) in Colorado Springs, CO to implement its MPS program to cut costs and maximize efficiencies to the print infrastructure of the System's three hospitals and affiliated clinical and support facilities. MHS has over 650 beds, 950 physicians and is one of the largest employers in Colorado Springs with over 4,100 employees.

"We are proud to be working with Memorial Health System to implement our unique print management solutions program that guarantees savings through improved process efficiencies," said Joseph J. Flynn, President and CEO, AUXILIO. "By centralizing costs, right-sizing equipment, managing supplies and uncovering hidden expenses in the print environment through our continuous process efficiency strategy, Memorial Health System is guaranteed to reduce costs. Our full-time, on-site Resident Team of customer service and technical personnel will also free up the hospitals' IT staff to concentrate on advanced infrastructure projects."

"We are very excited about this partnership and the savings opportunities for Memorial," said Mike Scialdone, Chief Financial Officer for MHS. "The AUXILIO program will help us become more effective and cost-efficient with our overall print services."

The MPS agreement is a result of the effective joint marketing alliance between AUXILIO and Sodexo, a leading global provider of Quality of Life Service Solutions, which focuses on saving hospitals money and resources and improving staff productivity and satisfaction in their business and operational practices.

"AUXILIO's MPS comprehensive strategy is providing millions of dollars in savings and advanced process efficiencies for hospitals across the country," said Pat Connolly, COO of Healthcare for Sodexo. "As our partnership continues, we expect more hospitals in our portfolio of over 1,300 in the U.S. to reap the benefits from AUXILIO's cost-cutting print solutions programs that increase the quality of the work environment for employees. We are pleased to be able to offer Memorial Health System this tremendous MPS program as we continue our work with this prestigious institution that serves thousands of people in the State of Colorado."

The growing demand for hospitals to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and comply with electronic health records (EHR) mandates is precisely aligned with AUXILIO's MPS strategy which also includes providing full-time MPS customer service and technical personnel on site. Hospitals across the country seek out its unique MPS solutions that are health care exclusive and vendor neutral, and guarantee savings through its continuous print process improvement methodologies. AUXILIO has achieved 100 percent customer retention as the preferred MPS company at over 650 health care entities, including acute and specialty care hospitals and hospital systems, administrative and support offices, and other medical and clinical care facilities.
