Please find enclosed the report for Q4 2022 from Aurora Eiendom AS.

o Rental income in Q4 was NOK 139 million (NOK 79 million in Q4 2021) and NOK
448 million for the full year 2022 (NOK 158 million in 2021).
o Aurora Eiendom´s portfolio of shopping centers grew with the acquisition of
Buskerud Storsenter, Gulskogen Senter and Arkaden Senter in 2022.
o Profit before tax for the full year 2022 was NOK 470 million.
o The shopping center segment delivered a strong year in total, where several of
the centers in our portfolio set turnover records and we are satisfied with the
overall turnover development. 
o In total for 2022, the centers had a turnover increase of 3,2 percent compared
to the year before. 
o Tenant turnover continues to show positive development in January 2023, with
an increase of 6,0% from January 2022
