The Trust invests in commercial real estate with a focus on Auckland central business districts (CBD) office portfolio. Through its Alberts brand, it offers workspace solution. Alberts work place solutions are available in three formats: private suites, bespoke workplace and traditional offices. Its portfolio includes five CBD properties, including 1 Albert Street, 87 Albert Street, 12 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, 10 Viaduct Harbour Avenue and 110 Customs Street West. Auckland Real Estate is the responsible entity of the Trust.
