Atrys Health S A : increased its turnover by 112% in 2020, to 31.4 million

The closing of the transaction was conditioned upon its acceptance by the holders of 90% of Aspy's capital, and as long as 85% would choose the share swap option. Almost two weeks before the end of the acceptance period, the offer has been accepted by 92.06% of the capital, and 91.58% opted to swap their shares for Atrys stocks.

After meeting those thresholds, and once the acceptance period for the takeover bid is over on May 6, Atrys will communicate the final percentage of stock that accepted the offer.

As a result of this operation, Atrys will exceed the €170-million mark in revenues. Moreover, its market capitalisation will be around €600 million, and the resulting group will have more than 2,000 employees and a network of 234 branches and associated centres throughout Spain.

The company will not only lead the telemedicine sector in Spanish on a global scale and become one of the leaders in state-of-the-art radiotherapy in Europe, but will also position itself as one of the three leading players in the occupational risk prevention industry in Spain. The combination of the two businesses will create a strong platform for growth within the teleconsultation field and its applications, including chronic patient monitoring and various other medical specialties.
