Quantum FinTech Acquisition Corporation announced that on November 4, 2022, Daniel Caamano notified of his decision to resign as a member of the board of directors and as President of the Company, effective as of such date. Mr. Caamano's decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
