AT semicon Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 9,288,852 units of common shares at KRW 1,089 price per unit for gross proceeds of KRW 10,115,559,828 through 3rd party allocation on March 10, 2022. The transaction includes participation from new investor Influencer Lab Co., Ltd. which will acquire 20.07% stake in the company after completion of the transaction. The expected payment date of the transaction is April 28, 2022 and the shares are expected to list on May 17, 2022. The securities issued are subject to 1 year restriction period. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
AT semicon Co., Ltd., formerly iTest co., LTD., is a Korea based company mainly engaged in the semiconductor test business. The Company provides test services for memory semiconductors and system semiconductors. The test services consist of wafer tests such as memory and system integrated circuits(ICs) tests, laser repairs, automatic visual inspections and others; final tests such as hot, cold and room tests and others; back-end services such as bakes, markings, drop ships and others, and turn-key services such as assembly and test one-stop services. It also involves in test solutions such as memory tests, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor tests and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On February 17, 2014, it merged with Semiteq Co Ltd. After that, the Company survived and Semiteq Co Ltd was dissolved.
