RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGAstro Japan Property Group (ASX: AJA) advises that Resolutions 1, 2 and 3 put to the Annual General Meeting of stapled securityholders held today were passed unanimously. Securityholders were not asked to vote on Resolutions 4 and 5 as these resolutions were withdrawn.
As required by section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), details of the proxy votes in respect of each resolution are attached.
