Astrana Health, Inc. (NasdaqCM:ASTH) acquired PRIME COMMUNITY CARE OF CENTRAL VALLEY, INC for $10.3 million on March 29, 2024. Total consideration of the acquisition was approximately $10.3 million consisting of cash funded upon the close date and contingent considerations of $2.3 million. The contingent considerations will be settled in cash contingent upon PCCCV meeting certain metrics related to financial ratios and member months for the first and second measurement periods.
