Aston to Acquire Additional Ground at
Edleston Project, Ontario, Canada
- Additional ground secured to further consolidate Edleston Project
- Ground holding includes a portion of the interpreted strike extension of the Boomerang Nickel Sulphide Target
- Detailed evaluation of previous exploration and geophysical coverages across the acquired ground underway
- Drilling has recommenced on site post-holiday season break
Aston Minerals Limited ("Aston" or "the Company", ASX: ASO) is pleased to announce that it has further consolidated the ground position at Edleston Project, Ontario through an option to acquire 203 mining claims.

Managing Director, Dale Ginn, commented "The consolidation of ground that Aston has undertaken since acquiring the Project via both direct pegging and low-cost acquisitions has resulted in a considerable landholding. Previous landholders were impeded by fragmented holdings and a single focus on either nickel or gold exploration. We will now expand our targeting to include these newly acquired areas with the aim of finding look alike features to both that of the Boomerang nickel sulphide target and Edleston/Sirola style gold mineralisation."

Appendix 1: Commercial Terms
The Company will complete the 100% acquisition of the landholding via payments totalling CAD$130,000 and the issue of 1,600,000 ASO shares in the following instalments:
- CAD$30,000 and 400,000 shares;
- CAD$40,000 and 500,000 shares on the first anniversary; and
- CAD$60,000 and 700,000 shares on the second anniversary.
The vendor,4Amigos Partnership, is an unrelated party to the Company.
4Amigos Partnership will retain a 2.5% net smelter royalty on the Mining Claims noted below. 0.5% of the net smelter royalty can be re-purchased for C$500,000 to reduce the net smelter royalty to 2%.
