Associated Banc : Bank welcomes D’Juan Wilcher as senior vice president, director of diversity, equity & inclusion

January 25, 2021 - D'Juan Wilcher has joined Associated Bank as senior vice president, director of diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), human resources. He is responsible for the development and implementation of policies, programs and initiatives that foster an intentional culture of inclusion, belonging and equal opportunity for underrepresented groups.

Wilcher brings more than 10 years of DE&I, recruitment, training and program management experience to Associated Bank. Since 2010, he has served in the United States Navy, including three deployments, and continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserves. Previously, he held the position of director at Midwest Region for Travis Manion Foundation.

Wilcher is currently pursuing an MBA in Equity Fluent Leadership & Organizational Strategy. He holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish with a business minor from Indiana University and is a George W Bush Military Veteran Presidential Scholar. In the community, he serves as vice president on the Councilwoman Sophia King Advisory Council, selection committee member for Crowne Scholarship, mentor at Junior Achievement of Chicago and 100 Black Men of Chicago, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

He is based in Chicago.
