ITALIAN STYLE GOES A LONG WAY

ASKOLL AND YNOT? REINVENT FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND

EXPRESSION

The unmistakable touch of Ynot? for an unprecedented limited edition

of the Askoll eS3 EVOlution electric scooter

The fresh and young aesthetics of YNot? joins the hi-tech style and know-how that made Askoll the leading company in electric mobility. Two apparently distant Italian companies that, sharing the same philosophy and attention to beauty combined with functionality, have created an exclusive capsule collection that reinterprets the stylistic contents of the Askoll eS3 Evolution electric scooter.

This partnership aims to shape a new, courageous, irreverent and fun style dedicated to young urban tribes. YNot? and Askoll aim to reach a community that is close to sustainability issues and loves to keep up with trends, a community ready to play with fashion and move around the streets, colouring them with style and joy.

eS3 EVOlution by Ynot? Is a limited edition that celebrates Made in Italy. The protagonists will be Rome and Milan: two of the picturesque patterns that characterize the iconic YES BAG collection will decorate the eS3 EVOlution livery, projecting us into the symbolic places of the most beautiful Italian capitals of culture and fashion.

"We are happy with this union born in the sign of excellence, stylistic and technological, between two companies that have many values in common, strong respect for tradition and the desire to look to the future. Two different worlds, but not as distant as they could seem to have approached the creation of products conceived in Italy, with a global reach ", commented Giorgio Li Shih, owner of the YNot? brand. "Does the project show YNot? capability to successfully engage in sectors other than its core business and whose goal is to affirm the brand at 360 degrees. The partnership with Askoll represents an injection of strength, recovery and confidence towards the future and is part of a corporate relaunch strategy, which aims to open up to new horizons," concludes Giorgio Li Shih.

"Are we incredibly excited about this collaboration with YNot? with whom we share passion, attention to detail and the search for new challenges. This partnership aims to reaffirm the link with our origins. This limited edition pays homage to the iconic beauties of our country and celebrates the art of bon vivre, even on two wheels. " says Gian Franco Nanni, CEO of Askoll Eva. "Askoll believes in a world where technology can transform people's lives, making it easier, more enjoyable and more sustainable. Since 2015, the year of the launch of the first electric scooter, we have been committed to promoting the benefits and performance of electric mobility for citizens and the environment. I am sure that the meeting between these two Italian companies will give further strength to sustainable mobility. It will allow us to bring a more transversal public that seeks elegance and style even at the wheel to the electric."

The Ynot? powered by Askoll scooter is not only synonymous with style but also with technology. Agile and silent eS3 EVOlution powered by YNot? is a scooter with light and straightforward shapes combined with 100% Made in Italy technology and design. It reaches a maximum speed of 66 km / h and has a range of up to 96 km (according to 168/2013 EC). It is extremely handy and practical even when it needs to be recharged, thanks to the removable batteries connected to any electrical outlet. The digital display with connectivity module and Bluetooth communication with a dedicated App makes the journey an even more immersive experience.

The Ynot? powered by Askoll scooter, on sale with the coordinated backpack, will be available from June in selected Italian retailers and Askoll e-commerce.

YNOT?

YNot?, a young company founded in 2003, is the result of a long family tradition in Milan in the 1950s. Over time, the product has evolved, using a mix of traditional materials such as leather and modern materials such as printed ones, but retaining the craftsmanship and care for quality. The primary commitment has always been aimed at the search for novelty, changes, and trends to create a product that represents the creativity of our company. YNot? it is not just a brand, but a genuine way of being: it symbolizes the freedom that everyone should have, the ability to express individuality and creativity by going beyond customs. Starting from this concept, the company gives life to products that become a real means of communicating one's identity and emotions; this is because, often, faced with the many impositions and questions asked of us, the best message to give is "Ynot?" (why not?). Since 2010, the brand has grown and, from the core business of leather goods, has expanded its product range with footwear and clothing collections, categories in which Gioshi Srl continues to invest while maintaining particular attention to accessories.

The company, which has a single-brand store in the centre of Milan (Via San Raffaele 3), in 2020, inaugurated a new store inside the Oriocenter Shopping Center, an important milestone in terms of image and positioning.
