In related transaction, Cliqtrade Stock Brokers Private Limited will launch an open offer to acquire 25.41% stake in Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Limited. As per the transaction will acquire 18,41,683 shares of Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Limited at INR 151.44 per share.
