Asiatic Group Limited Appoints Chia Soon Hin William as Non-Executive and Independent Director and Member of Audit and Nominating Committees and Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Effective 1 September 2018

The board of directors of Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited announced that Chia Soon Hin William would be appointed as Non-Executive and Independent Director of the company with effect from 1 September 2018. He would be appointed as member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. Mr. Chia would also be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
