Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited announced cessation of Liew Ah Choy as Independent Director and Chairman of Nominating Committee, member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Professor Liew Ah Choy will retire via rotation at the forthcoming AGM scheduled on 28 July 2016 and will not be seeking re-election.
