Asian Television Network International Limited Declares Quarterly Dividend, Payable on January 31, 2017

In accordance with the Asian Television Network International Limited quarterly dividend policy, the board of directors declared on January 3, 2017 a dividend of $0.02 on each common share outstanding, payable, on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business of January 15, 2017.
