resolution guidelines regarding to the Caution "C" sign on the Company's
securities

According to the arrangement of the Public Presentation of Asia Capital Group 
Public Company Limited ("the Company") by E-Meeting on 11 March 2022 due to the
Stock Exchange of Thailand has posted "C" sign on the securities of the Company
since 2 March 2021 because of the filing for rehabilitation of the Company on 23
February 2021 with the Central Bankruptcy Court. The Central Bankruptcy Court
has issued an order to accept the rehabilitation petition on the same day.
The Company would like to report on the progress for entering business 
rehabilitation process and resolution guidelines as follows:

Progress for entering business rehabilitation process
    Progress for requesting to enter business rehabilitation process, the Central 
Bankruptcy Court has postponed the date for the hearing on rehabilitation
petition of the Company from 19 January 2022 to 8 July 2022 with 18 consecutive
matches and the last day will be on 4 August 2022.
    The Company has organized meeting to discuss about the guideline to return debt
with bondholders' representatives 4 times and meeting with all bondholders from
every series of the Company's debentures 1 time. The results of the discussion
of debt repayment guidelines have progressed in some extent. However, there are
some conditions that are still under discussion. The Company has accepted in
principle of the proposal proposed in the meeting and will further discuss in
details during the process of preparing rehabilitation plan.
