    With reference to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Asia 
Capital Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") which will be held on
Thursday 28 April 2022 at 9:00 a.m., at Jazzotel Hotel, Orchestra Ballroom, 2nd
Floor, located at 514 Soi Ramkhamhaeng 39 (Thepleela 1) Prachautit Road,
Wangthonglang Subdistrict, Wangthonglang District, Bangkok 10310, to consider
the agendas that has already been informed since 25 February 2022.
    The Company has uploaded the Invitation to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of 
Shareholders and all supporting attachments on the Company's website from 31
March 2022 onwards.
