Aroot Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of KRW 1,500,000,000 14th bearer type interest part unguaranteed convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 1,546,600,000 on June 29, 2020.
On the same day, the company has received KRW 37,500,000 in the transaction.
ARoot Co Ltd, formerly J Stephen Lab Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of mini printers. The Company operates its business through three main segments.
