Expiry of Unlisted ESOP Options

Armour Energy Limited wishes to advise of the expiry at the close of business today of the following options:

  • • 2,550,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.195;

  • • 2,550,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.345; and

  • • 1,650,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.495.

Following the expiries set out above, the Company's capital structure will be as follows:
