2.Arima Communications Corp., has an over-limited endorsement guarantee
 balance for its subsidiary Guang Lee Energy Corporation.
6.Countermeasures:
On 11 Nov. 2021, the improvement plan was submitted to the Audit
Committee and the Board of Directors. After finished the disposal
 of Yingge factory and land in Dec. 2021, the net worth of Arima
Communications Corporation was greatly increased, there was not over
 limit and the improvement was completed.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The implementation status will be reported at the next board of
 directors meeting.
