DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) is pleased to announce that AREIT 2022-CRE6 Ltd. is now available on DBRS Viewpoint.
DBRS Viewpoint is an online commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) platform designed to provide greater transparency into DBRS Morningstar's credit analysis and rating process. DBRS Viewpoint is an interactive, data-driven, loan-level platform that provides users with access to DBRS Morningstar presale reports, surveillance updates, transaction information, and contextual loan-level comparable data in a user-friendly manner. At issuance, presale reports for each DBRS Morningstar-rated U.S. and Canadian CMBS transaction will be available on DBRS Viewpoint at www.viewpoint.dbrsmorningstar.com, and as the transactions season, DBRS Morningstar will deliver its ongoing surveillance analysis and up-to-date commentary through the same platform.
