ArchTIS Limited Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors and the Establishment of an Advisory Group

archTIS Limited announced that, as part of ongoing business optimization following the capital raising the company is streamlining its Board and management arrangements. Specifically, and effective from 1 August, the company is: reducing the number of directors from six to three, with the streamlined Board comprising Dr. Miles Jakeman AM, Ms Leanne Graham and CEO Mr. Daniel Lai; Freeing up Mr. Bruce Talbot, a founder and former executive director, to focus solely on technology enhancements in support of new growth opportunities within the business; Establishing a strengthened strategic advisory capability through the formation of an Advisory Group to be led by former Board Chair and non-executive director, Mr. Stephen Smith; and appointing former non-executive director Mr. Wayne Zekulich, together with retired Brigadier Alison Creagh AM CSC and Mr. Jeremy Waine, a corporate finance and M&A specialist, to join Mr. Smith as members of the Advisory Group. The company also announced that Dr. Jakeman has accepted the role of Board Chair. Mr. Wayne Zekulich (Non-Executive Director) and Mr. Bruce Talbot (Executive Director) have also stepped down from the Board. Mr. Talbot will focus on his executive role and further enhancing archTIS' technology to help drive the business forward. The Advisory Group will focus on the expansion of Kojensi to new market sectors and with the identification of new strategic growth opportunities for the business. The Advisory Group brings a mix of corporate finance, investment, strategy and leadership skills to help support archTIS. Group members have a deep understanding of the archTIS business and the broader cyber security industry. In addition to Mr. Stephen Smith, Mr. Wayne Zekulich has agreed to join the Advisory Group. The company also welcomed retired Brigadier Alison Creagh AM CSC GAICD and Mr. Jeremy Waine to the Advisory Group.
