25,482,151 ordinary shares will be under lock-up for a period of 24 months from date of official commencement of official quotation.
13,358,599 ordinary shares will be under lock-up for a period of 12 months from date of issue being November 15, 2017.
328,125 ordinary shares will be under lock-up for a period of 12 months from date of issue being January 5, 2018.
4,289,880 options exercisable at AUD 0.10 on or before October 10, 2022 will be held under lock-up for a period of 24 months from the date of commencement of official quotation until September 21, 2020.
