Arabian Centres Co. announced that the board of directors has accepted the resignation of the CEO Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Jedaie effective from 31 January 2022. Also, the Board of Directors has approved to delegate the MD Mr. Mohamad Rafic Mourad with the responsibilities of the CEO role of ACC effective from 01 February 2022 until further notice.
Mr. Mourad brings along 28 years of global management experience in technology, retail, consumer goods and e-commerce.
