Arabiyya Lel Istithmaraat has agreed to acquire over 99% stake in UE Finance from International Company for Leasing S.A.E. for EGP 14 million.

Arabiyya Lel Istithmaraat (CASE:AIND) has agreed to acquire over 99% stake in UE Finance from International Company for Leasing S.A.E. (CASE:ICLE) for EGP 14 million on February 21, 2019. Arabiyya Lel Istithmaraat is seeking to get the approval of financial regulatory authority for the deal.
