Idea Bank S.A. (WSE:IDA) received initial offers from five investors interested in acquiring a stake in the banks, Parkiet reported January 28, 2019, citing Puls Biznesu. The potential buyers include Centerbridge Partners, L.P., Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE:APO), Apax Partners LLP and AnaCap Financial Partners LLP, according to the reports. Leszek Czarnecki, who controls the bank, already informed the Polish financial regulator about the initial offers, with due diligence at the lenders expected to be launched next, Parkiet reported, citing Puls Biznesu.
