Apaman Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the half year ended March 31, 2018. For the period, the company reported net sales were JPY 20,771 million against JPY 20,224 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,002 million against JPY 1,200 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 682 million against JPY 1,002 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 441 million or JPY 24.83 per basic share against profit of JPY 492 million or JPY 30.73 per basic share a year ago.
For the year ending September 30, 2018, the company expects net sales of JPY 40,500 million, operating income of JPY 2,600 million, ordinary income of JPY 2,100 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 800 million or JPY 44.94 per basic share.
Apaman Co., Ltd., formerly Apamanshop Holdings Co.,Ltd., is mainly engaged in agency business, property management business and principal investment and fund business based on the real estate information network. The Company operates though three business segments. The Agency segment is engaged in the leasing agency business through operation of direct stores, as well as the leasing agency franchise (FC) business through FC stores. The Property Management segment is engaged in leasing management and property subleasing. The Principal Investment and Fund segment is engaged in the real estate investment business for rent and the value-up business to resell real estate. The Others segment is engaged in parking business, co-working business, small office home office (SOHO) and capital management business.
