ANEK LINES S.A. reported group and parent earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2015. For the period, on group basis, financial results recorded significant improvement compared to the first six months period of 2014. EBITDA of the first half of 2015 formed to profits for the first time after 2007, while earnings after taxes and minority interests recorded the best performance during the last 8 years. Consolidated turnover of the first half of 2015 was EUR 62.9 million compared to EUR 69.2 million in the respective period of the previous year. Consolidated EBITDA marked considerable improvement during the first half of 2015 and amounted to profits of EUR 0.4 million compared to losses of EUR 6.6 million a year ago. The group's net results after taxes and minority interests for the first half of 2015, were streamlined as well, amounting to losses of EUR 13.1 million compared to losses of EUR 21.2 million in the first half of 2014.

For the period, on parent basis, turnover was EUR 54.9 million compared to EUR 61.3 million in the first half of 2014. EBITDA stood at profits of EUR 1.1 million as opposed to losses of EUR 5.0 million during the first six months of 2014. Net results after taxes formed at losses of EUR 12.1 million as opposed to losses of EUR 18.6 million in the comparative period.
