Fujian Yongchun Wei'an Foodstuff Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 50 million with existing investor Anji Foodstuff Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603696) on January 2, 2019. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at the 8th meeting of the 3rd directorate and does not need approval of the shareholders. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 94.1 million to CNY 144.1 million and the investor will hold 98.47% stake in the company.
Anji Foodstuff Co., Ltd. is a China-based company engaged in the research and development, production and sales of seasoning. It has five categories major products including composite seasoning powder, natural extract seasonings, spices, sauce and flavored soup. Its composite seasoning power mainly include ribs taste seasoning, beef flavor sauces, seafood sauces and other products; natural extract seasonings include mushroom seasoning sauce, seafood seasoning, scallops seasoning and others; spices include white pepper and allspice; sauce include oyster sauce, chili sauce, curry sauces and other products, and flavored soup include chicken broth, white soup and other products.
