Amotech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052710) announced a private placement of 6th series Bearer-free private equity bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 25,000,000,000 on June 10, 2020. The transaction will include participation from NH IBK High Tech First Technology New Technology Association. The bonds are issued at 0% interest rate, 0% Surface interest rate and will mature on June 12, 2023. The bonds can be 100% converted into 1,658,925 common shares for 10.06% stake of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 15,070 per share. The conversion period is from July 12, 2020 to May 12, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The payment date is June 12, 2020.
