International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced it completed a total of 296 lease transactions for 2011. These transactions include extensions and placements from ILFC's existing fleet and sale-leasebacks of 20 aircraft with a value of more than $800 million. ILFC currently has over 180 customers in more than 80 countries.
