American Energy Partners, Inc. (OTCPK:AEPT) entered into an agreement to acquire Washington Energy, Freedom Energy, and Oil & Gas Management, Inc. for $11 million on April 20, 2021. As per the transaction, American Energy will acquire 100% of the stock and units of the three companies. The transaction is expected to close on July 1, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
American Energy Partners, Inc. (OTCPK:AEPT) completed the acquisition of Washington Energy, Freedom Energy, and Oil & Gas Management, Inc. on July 1, 2021. Total consideration for the Acquisition was funded through a combination of $5 million in conventional debt and $5.8 million in equity. Josh Hickman, will be the 50% owner of the oil and gas businesses acquired. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors.
