Amana Bank recently introduced 'Bank on wheels', in line with the need of the customers to get their basic banking needs fulfilled amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.

Amana Bank's 'Bank on wheels' is a service that brings a mobile ATM unit to neighborhoods where the curfew is still in place; providing convenient cash withdrawal facilities to our customers and customers of other banks while supporting the government's commitment to safety and security, the bank said in a media statement.

The 'Bank on wheels' initiative was deployed according to a customer-demand-based route schedule that is published in the bank's website as well as on its social media pages. Customers who want this service to visit their neighborhood can request through bit.ly/BankOnWheels. The customers using this facility are required to adhere to the safety precautions which includes maintaining a distance of 1m between customers in queue, wearing appropriate face masks and using the provided hand sanitizers before and after usage of the unit.

Amana Bank has also made it convenient for its customers to register to Internet Banking from the safety and comfort of their homes in a few simple steps by visiting www.amanabank.lk
