AMA Marine Public Company Limited has informed that Mr. Kasem Vejasilpa has resigned from position of Audit Committee of the Company effective on 7 August 2020. According to the Board of Director' s Meeting held on 7 August 2020 has resolved to appoint Mrs.Malinee Sumboonnanondha as Audit Committee Member since 7 August 2020.
