JobKeeper Payment Disclosure
AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA) (AMA Group) provides this market announcement in accordance with the requirements of the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No.2) Act 2001 (the Act).
The Act requires listed entities to notify the market if the listed entity, or a subsidiary of the listed entity, received a JobKeeper payment (within the meaning of the Coronavirus Economic Response Package (Payments and Benefits) Rules 2020).
AMA Group Limited (ABN 50 113 883 560) confirms that every dollar of JobKeeper received was paid out to its employees and further makes the following disclosure in addition to any disclosure of JobKeeper arrangements that have been included in AMA Group's 2020 and 2021 Annual Reports (released to the market on 26 August 2020 and 24 August 2021 respectively)1:
