AltiGen Communications, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael Brodsky to its board of directors. Mr. Brodsky is a partner at Spring Valley Partners. Mr. Brodsky is also currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Genesis Land Development Corporation.
He is also presently on the Board of Directors of Selectica, Inc.
