AltiGen Communications, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated and parent financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2013. For the quarter, on consolidated basis the company reported net revenue of $3.068 million against $3.835 million a year ago. Operating loss was $0.364 million against $0.060 million a year ago. Net loss before tax was $0.364 million against $0.044 million a year ago. Net loss after tax was $0.365 million or $0.02 per diluted share against $0.045 million or $0.00 per diluted share a year ago.
The parent company recorded revenues of $2.4 million in the first fiscal quarter, with a net operating loss of $174,000 and a cash operating loss of $136,000.
