Alternus Energy Group plc is an Ireland-based international vertically integrated independent power producer (IPP). The Company develops, installs, owns, and operates midsized utility-scale solar parks in the North America and Europe. Its portfolio includes approximately 108.5 megawatts (MW) of installed solar PV capacity. Its assets are contracted on long-term government-backed Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) or Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with investment grade counterparties. The Company focuses on owning and operating over 3.5 gigawatts of solar parks. The Company has operational assets in European countries. The Company owns a 32 MW portfolio of solar PV projects in Valencia, Spain, known as the NF Projects.
