Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. filed a notice for the selection of Successful Bidder in the US Bankruptcy Court for the sale of substantially all its assets on January 17, 2020. As a result of the auction conducted on January 15, 2020, BCE-Mach III LLC has been selected as the winning bidder for the sale of debtor’s substantially all its assets. The debtor assets includes substantially all of the AMH Assets and substantially all of the KFM Assets. 7.875% senior noteholders acted as backup bidder. Sale hearing will be held on January 21, 2020.
