São Paulo, April 26, 2023 - ALLPARK EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"), in compliance to CVM Resolution No. 44, dated as of 2021, as well as with the Novo Mercado Rules, informs its shareholders and the general market its 1Q23 Preliminary Operating Performance. We emphasize that the information disclosed below is preliminary, non-audited and subject to revision.

New historical record of Estapar's Net Revenue,

due to the organic and newly invested businesses growth

Net Revenue totaled R$305.5 million in 1Q23 (+25.2% vs. 1Q22). Growth was due to higher

vehicle flow in our operations in Commercial

Buildings, Shopping Malls, and Arenas, and the offering of new products and services in our digital platforms, such as App Zul+.

The share of revenue from digital platforms continues growing, reaching 16.6% of total revenue for 1Q23 (+2.1 p.p. vs. 1Q22).

The number of users registered in our digital platforms exceeded 8.0 million, who, in addition to using our parking and street parking (zona azul) products and services, contributed to the higher sales of products and services offered by App Zul+, a platform that offers auto insurance, Tag, payment of IPVA and fines, among other products and services.
