Change of Board Roles

AAAC announces that James Normand, who has been an Executive Director of the Company since September 2019, has been appointed to the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Robert Berkeley, who has served as Executive Chairman and Finance Director of the Company since 2013, has assumed the role of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Simon Grant-Rennick remains in his role as independent Non-Executive Director.

In October 2019, having previously sold one of its investments, the Company broadened the geographical range of its investing policy to include Europe. AAAC is publicly quoted and its shares are traded on the AIM market, which is operated by the London Stock Exchange.
