Rebel Foods Private Limited announced that it has received INR 14.1564887 billion in funding from Qatar Investment Authority, Coatue Management, L.L.C., Evolvence Capital, Alimco Financial Corporation, Mando Corporation

On October 22, 2021, Rebel Foods Private Limited closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company has issued 10,150 series F preference shares at a price of INR 106,058 per preference share for a gross proceeds of INR 1,076,488,700 in its final tranche.

The transaction included participation from Mando Corporation for INR 595,000,000, Acernis Ventures for INR 259,000,000 and Alimco Financial Corporation for INR 223,000,000. The company has raised INR 14,156,400,000 in funding till date. The round was raised at post-money valuation of $1,420,000,000 (INR 106,456,544,438.56018)
