Algoma Central Corporation (TSX:ALC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 1,926,915 shares, representing 5% of its issued and outstanding share capital. Any shares purchased under the bid will be cancelled.

The program will expire on March 20, 2024. As of March 7, 2023, the company had 38,538,301 shares were issued and outstanding.
