OHL México's board of directors has approved the appointment of Juan Osuna as its new CEO. Outgoing CEO José de Andrés de Oteyza who was featured in leaked Youtube videos purporting to show OHL México executives arranging fraudulent contracts stepped down, but will continue to advise the company through an external consulting role. Osuna, who had previously held the VP role, has been with parent-company OHL since 1998 and was formerly CEO of the Madrid-based company's concessions unit.
