Alchip Technologies, Limited at its AGM held on June 24, 2016, approved dividend distribution of USD 922,286 (USD 0.01498/per share) for the year 2015.
The company approved the election of Kinying Kwan,Herbert Chang, Benjamin Jin-Ping Ng,and Johnny Shyang-Lin Shen as new directors and Mao Wei Hung,Brian Chiang, Binfu Chuang as new independent directors.
Alchip Technologies Ltd is engaged in the research, development, design and manufacturing of Application Special Integrated Circuit (ASIC) and System on Chip (SoC) products. The Company also provides circuit design component libraries and various silicon intellectual property (SIP) required to design products, as well as circuit diagrams for producing product mask sets. The Company also provides back-end wafer fabrication, packaging and test services. The Company's products are mainly used in artificial intelligence, digital television, communication networks, other consumer electronics, communication equipment, medical equipment and automotive electronics and others. The Company's products are mainly sold to Taiwan, China, Japan, the United States, Europe and other regions.
