AKM Industrial Company Limited Appoints Zhao Xiao as an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of AKM Industrial Company Limited announced that Mr. Zhao Xiao has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee of the company with effect from 16 February 2015. Mr. Zhao, aged 48, is currently the chief economist of Cypress Leadership Institute. Mr. Zhao is also an independent director of Wanda Cinema Line Co.
